Terms & Conditions
- Payments will be returned if a class has to be cancelled due to minimum numbers not being achieved.
- Allestree Woodlands School or any of their staff are not responsible for any loss or injury during the class.
- Allestree Woodlands School reserve the right to remove from our programme, without refund, anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive behaviour.
- You must declare all medical conditions during registration and keep us up-to-date should this change by emailing/calling us at the.gym@woodlands.derby.sch.uk
- You must declare if you do not want your child to be photographed for marketing use, and keep us up-to-date should this change using the given email address or phone number.
- Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Paid for spaces will be given priority.
- You must refrain from bringing your child to class if they have had any form of illness within 48 hours of the class.
- If there are any sessions missed sure to typical bad weather, Allestree Woodlands School will offer a make-up session, or parents will be refunded.
Cancellation Policy
Please note that once you have booked a spot on our Holiday Camp it means we have reserved a space on that day exclusively for you. If you wish to cancel your space on the camp, please give us 14 days’ written cancellation for a full refund. If you cancel between 7-14days there may be an opportunity to rebook on to one of our later camps, any cancellation less than 7 days will not be issued a refund or opportunity for rebooking.

Please allow up to 8 weeks for a refund to return to your bank account.
